Welcome to the Maryland Society of Medical
Assistants (MSMA) website. The MSMA's
mission is to promote the professional identity and
stature of our members and the medical assisting
profession.

The Chesapeake Bay Chapter has rescheduled the
October 4th meeting to October 22. Dr. Richard
Esposito will speak about psychiatric disorders in
room 324 in the Florestano Building of Anne Arundel
Community College at 6 p.m. An open house in
the rear lobby of the Florestano building begins at
5 p.m. The Maryland

The next
regular MSMA state meeting is on November 1, 2008.

Lisa Riddle CMA (AAMA) is the MSMA President, Monica Jamison CMA (AAMA) is the
Vice-President, Maggie Burkehead CMA (AAMA) is our
Immediate Past President, and Pam Krist CMA (AAMA)
continues as our Secretary / Treasurer.
The AAMA National Convention
will be held in Rosemont IL, near the Chicago O'Hare
